Meet Gail Iannuzzi

Construction Manager | 40+ Years of Experience
She Was Here Before Blueprints Went Digital

Gail Iannuzzi

Gail Iannuzzi brings over 40 years of industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and unmatched integrity to every project she touches. Her career has earned her a reputation for unwavering dedication, loyalty, and an unmatched work ethic. She has consistently gone above and beyond in every role—whether in the field, managing budgets, or mentoring new team members. Gail doesn’t just show up—she shows up with a deep sense of responsibility to the work, the team, and the client. Her long-standing commitment to the industry is a reflection of her integrity and tireless effort on every project.

Gail began her journey in construction during an era when women were rarely seen on job sites—and spec books were typed by hand, one clack at a time, on a trusty typewriter. Her introduction to the industry came from a part-time side hustle typing spec books in her basement while her children slept upstairs. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was foundational. Those late nights and steady keystrokes planted the early seeds of a remarkable career, built on resilience, resourcefulness, and relentless dedication.

Gail partnered with Carlton H. Holmes, AIA, LEED AP, to build and lead the WBE-certified firm CM, Ltd., specializing in construction management. Together, they successfully ran the company until its retirement.

Gail brings a steady, dependable presence to every project she’s part of. Her strong work ethic and hands-on support make her an invaluable partner to clients, a go-to teammate for coworkers, and a respected collaborator among trade vendors. She’s built lasting relationships across the industry by showing up, following through, and treating people with respect. Time and again, clients return asking to work with her, and team members know they can count on her for both guidance and camaraderie. Gail’s loyalty and approachability are qualities that have left a meaningful mark on every job—and every person—she’s worked with.

Her work spans both the public and private sectors, managing a wide variety of projects across the state—schools, correctional facilities, libraries, housing developments, community centers, and municipal renovations.
