"Earlier this year, I purchased a townhome with solid bones that needed significant updates. After looking around for a contractor, Paul Dunham Construction, LLC was highly recommended by a friend.


From the start of the project, owner Paul Dunham was very involved. He met with me in my home, discussed options, helped me think through the space, listened to my vision, and understood my budget. Within a week of our first meeting, Paul returned with a thoroughly detailed proposal and budget. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to take time to review everything before moving forward. I learned early on that Paul was a man of his word. When we met again, he outlined a clear timeline for the project and explained each phase of the renovation.


The next phase was deconstruction. On the day work began, several members of Paul's team arrived, and I was immediately impressed.
