What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with solid hands-on construction skills, proven leadership experience, and a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, coordinating trades, and jumping in with the crew when needed. Clear communication, problem-solving on the fly, and respect for the client’s home are non-negotiables.
